Structural features – Triple Eccentric
First eccentricity
The center of the disc is off from the center of the shaft
Second eccentricity
The shaft center is off from the center of the valve body.
Third eccentricity
The disc contact surface is inclined in a “cone shape” rather than a circle → When opening and closing, the seat and disc do not rub but touch and fall in a “cam-like” manner.
As a result
No friction between disc and seat → minimal wear
Resistant to high temperature/pressure operating conditions
Lower torque + improved seat life

Not a flexible seat → Perfect bubble-tight sealing may be difficult, → but Class IV~VI level leakage prevention is possible through precision processing and design
