Structural features – Double Eccentric
Double Eccentric
The center of the valve disc is eccentric twice from the valve body and stem, so that the disc quickly separates from/comes into contact with the seat when opening and closing, minimizing friction.
Metal seat /soft seat applicable
Applicable to various sealing structures → Responsive to high temperature, low temperature, and corrosive fluids.
Excellent sealing performance
A structure in which the disc is pressed against the seat when the valve is closed due to the eccentric structure.

VALVE SEAT
Use of RTFE (Reinforced PTFE, reinforced Teflon) - Main SEAT material
Fiberglass, etc. are mixed into PTFE to enhance mechanical strength and chemical resistance.
Soft sealing power + excellent resistance to high temperatures/chemical fluids.
Can be manufactured in Fire Safety Type (Metal + RTFE _ API 607)
In addition, RUBBER TYPE, CARGO TYPE, and metal seat are available.
